Jimmy's 8th Birthday.... January 24th..

So I'm not posting in order AT ALL, but at least I'm trying to hit some of the highlights from this year! Jimmy had a fun birthday party at school on January 24th, featuring paper airplane lessons, designing cootie-catchers and paper fortune-tellers, paper hats, and best of all eating Mini Ice Cream Cones!


Here goes the first "test flight" of all those paper airplanes! Class Moms, this is the most affordable and entertaining activity you can do with an elementary school class! We had the same activity in Johnny's 4th grade class after the FCAT exams to release some energy. They loved it! Just be prepared to "help" build a lot of planes!

The following weekend we had a rock climbing party at the YMCA. 20 boys and Kathleen. What a blast!
